Add your name, your menu and prices. Pick your accent colour and a font, so the page looks like you.
Open a drop, or take orders for a date
A drop is a short sale with limited stock and pickup times. Or take custom orders and send quotes, one date at a time.
Customers order and pick a time
They choose what they want and a pickup window, and get a link to follow their order.
Mark it finished
Their order page says it is waiting for them. Switch on the reminder email and it goes out the day before pickup.

Every order carries its pickup day and time. Your week shows what is due and how full it is.
Drops with limited stock and slots
Set how many you can make and how many people can pick up at each time. The shop page shows when only a few are left.
Custom orders and quotes
Someone asks for a cake. You send a price. When they say yes, it lands on your week.
Customers and order history
Everyone who orders is in your list with their past orders. A page shows who still owes you.
Recipes and costing
Keep your recipes and ingredient prices, and see what each one costs to make and what to charge.
Emails that go out for you
An order confirmation, a pickup reminder the day before and a payment receipt. You choose which ones are on.

Each shop keeps its own customers
Other shops cannot see yours. You can download all your shop's data as a file whenever you want, or one customer's data on its own.
Support only comes in when it has to
ReadyBy support can open your shop for 30 minutes at a time, with a reason you can read. You get an email each time, and every visit is listed in your settings. Customer emails and phone numbers are masked, and support cannot export your data or send email.
You get paid your way
Customers see your e-Transfer details or your own instructions at checkout, and you note each payment on the order. ReadyBy does not take the money.

Who is ReadyBy for?
Makers who sell on demand, where the customer orders for a date: home bakers first, then florists, caterers, candle makers and crafters. If you promise a pickup day, it is built for you.
Do I need a website?
No. Your shop gets its own page on readyby.ca where customers see your drops and order. There is nothing to build or host.
Who owns my customer data?
You do. Each shop's customers are kept apart from every other shop's. ReadyBy support can only look into your shop for short, logged visits that you are told about by email.
How do customers pay?
Today, directly to you. At checkout they see your e-Transfer details or your own instructions, such as paying at pickup. You record each payment on the order. ReadyBy does not process card payments.
Can I leave and take my data with me?
Yes. In your settings, “Export all my data” downloads your shop as one file. Photos and receipts are listed in it but not included. The shop owner can do this.
